2026 FOP OF OHIO LOBBY DAY
The Annual 2026 Lobby Day at the Ohio Statehouse will be held on
Wednesday March 11, 2026 starting at 8:00AM starting at the State FOP Lodge Office.
The date is timed perfectly to help push SB321 (as well as a companion Bill we are seeking in the House of Representatives) to YOUR local elected officials. A LARGE SHOWING FROM LODGE #140 IS CRITICAL.

OPPONENT AND INTERESTED PARTY TESTIMONY SB #321
The Ohio Senate Armed Services, Veterans Affairs & Public Safety Committee will met on Wednesday 3/11/2026 at 3:30 PM. There was no in-person testimony offered and four written opponent testimony documents were submitted. The ODBH and DODD did NOT provide any testimony. It is possible that these departments may be working on "behind-the-scene" tactics to oppose the bill so we still need to be proactive in support of passing the bill (and the companion House of Representatives Bill when it is introduced).
